Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner complains that his land has been encroached upon by the PWD authority without due process of law and no compensation has been granted to him for such encroachment.

The State submits that the petitioner may file a representation in this regard before respondent No.7 who shall deal with the same within a stipulated period of time.

Upon hearing the submission made by both the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the writ petitioner to submit a representation before Respondent No.7 within a period of two weeks from date. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent No.7 after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner, within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of the representation, in accordance with law.

WPA 13256 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

As affidavits have not been invited, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
