Affidavits filed in Court be taken on record. Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the order dated May 31, 2021.

By the order dated May 31, 2021 the jurisdictional Court granted bail to the in-laws of the de facto complainant after taking into consideration the age of the in-laws and the period of detention and the fact that there is a pandemic ongoing. In the facts of the present case, we are unable to persuade ourselves that the jurisdictional Court erred in granting bail to the private opposite party.

Consequently, we are unable to interfere with the order dated May 31, 2021.
