Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 7 relies upon an email communication forwarded by the legal department dated 8th April, 2025 which mentions that the company on exceptional basis is willing to offer refund of the full premium amount of Rs.3,00,960/- to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to forward the Bank details where the aforesaid amount can be credited.

Step shall be taken by the Insurance Company to refund the sum positively within a period of seven days from the date of forwarding the Bank details

and submission of the original policy documents by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
