Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident arose out of family dispute. The police filed charge sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim suffered grievous hurt. He refers to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The victim implicates the petitioner in the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The victim suffered grievous hurt.
In the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
