Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that fire arm was recovered from the possession of the petitioner in presence of two independent person.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner and the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 5535 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
