Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner has applied for transfer within the Malda, DPSC on medical ground on 16th February, 2024. 3.

The medical documents annexed to the writ petition indicate a severe medical condition.

Be that as it may, the Chairman, DPSC Malda shall obtain an independent medical opinion of the petitioner's medical condition from the CMOH, Malda and based on such opinion shall pass an appropriate order accommodating the petitioner as requested in his communication dated 16th February, 2024.

Let a decision be taken in this regard by the Chairman, DPSC, Malda within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of this writ petition.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
