Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is being disturbed and her property interfered at the behest of certain miscreants. An information has been furnished to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation as well as police authorities.

Mr. Samanta appears on behalf of the State.

Mr. Shahi appears on behalf of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and submits that the property of the petitioner is not registered and disputes the locus of the petitioner, for establishing her right over the property referred to in the writ petition.

At this stage no interference is called for by this Court.

I direct the police authorities to ensure that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility at the behest of the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observation writ petition being WPA 12334 of 2025 is disposed of.
