The petitioners have challenged DRI File No.

DRI/KZU/AS/ENQ-06/2024 which is a summons issued in connection with the relevant provisions of the Customs Act, 1962.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that he has received the summons which was pursuant to an investigation in progress wherein about 7.2 kgs. of gold of foreign origin were seized by the customs officials. Having considered that the investigation of the case is in progress, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1996 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
