Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition due to certain defects detected therein and seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 11981 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
