Md. Kutubuddin ...... for the State Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 27.06.2022.

In the fourth line of 5th Paragraph of order dated 27th June, 2022, the words "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman" be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman".

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 27.06.2022. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to him.
