It appears from the said report that the Manikpara S.S. High School where the petitioner claims to have retired on 30th September 2019 does not exist as a Government aided or sponsored institute. In these circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
