The petitioner appears to be a guarantor in respect of a loan transaction wherein a company where her husband is one of the partners, took loan of about Rs. 3 crores from the bank by placing inflated and manipulated audit reports. The petitioner being the wife of one of the partners of the company, stood guarantor thereto. The FIR discloses that such loans were earlier taken by the company wherein the petitioner also stood as a personal guarantor. Considering the material on record implicating the petitioner in the alleged offence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
