The wife, Smt. Priya Sarkar (Kundu) is present before this Court in answer to the Rule. She undertakes to comply with her part of the terms and conditions of settlement within two weeks from date positively.

The husband has admittedly complied with all his obligations under the terms of settlement entered into between the learned mediator. No further compliance from the husband's side is pending. This is accepted by the wife. Upon compliance of such terms and conditions by the wife, the parties shall approach the appropriate court before whom the Matrimonial Suit No.142 of 2019 is pending for a decree of divorce in accordance with the terms and conditions of settlement.

The terms and conditions of settlement be attached to this order for further communication to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court at Barasat, District - 24 Parganas (North) in which the Matrimonial Suit No.142 of 2019 is pending. The terms and conditions

annexed to the order of this Court be treated as a part of the order.

The learned court shall dispose of the matrimonial suit by passing necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the parties reporting compliance of the terms and conditions arrived at before the learned mediator. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. The Rule is discharged.
