Heard learned Advocates appearing for the petitioner.

By this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the impugned order dated 9th September, 2022, passed by the respondent District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas in SARFAESI Act, 2002, proceedings and on perusal of the aforesaid impugned order I find that the same is well reasoned. It is not a case that the petitioners have denied the borrowings of the loan in question nor that the petitioners have repaid the borrowed money nor the petitioners are ready and willing to pay the borrowed money.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am not inclined to interfere with the aforesaid impugned order and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 12616 of 2023 is dismissed.
