Ms. Sarbani Bhattacharjee (Biswas), learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that she has instructions to represent the writ petitioners. She produces written instructions of her client indicating that they do not wish to press the writ petition any further. The written instructions are taken on record. The writ petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated forthwith. Distribution company and other parties shall proceed in accordance with law. WBSEDCL shall proceed to energize the transformer in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
