The minutes of the meeting of the subject experts in English (Language-II) and Mathematics are produced and on perusal, the original are returned to the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the

appellants. The subject experts in the resolution have opined that the concerned questions pertain to Pedagogy both in English (Language-II) and Mathematics are to be examined by an expert.

In view of the decision of the expert committee whereby the committee has expressed its inability to decide the concerned questions and recommended that an expert opinion should be sought from the experts in the field of pedagogy in English (Language-II) and Mathematics, we constitute a committee consisting of one member to be nominated by the Board having required expertise and knowledge in English (Language-II) Pedagogy and Mathematics Pedagogy, one member to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor or his nominee of Presidency University having expertise and knowledge in the field of English (Language-II) Pedagogy and Mathematics Pedagogy and one member to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor or his nominee of Jadavpur University having expertise and knowledge in English (Language-II) Pedagogy and Mathematics Pedagogy.

The entire process shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the appeal and the connected applications are disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
