Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was a clash between two groups and case and counter case were filed. The complainant and his associates have been granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that pursuant to a free fight between two groups case and counter case filed by and between the parties are pending. The injuries appear to be simple in nature.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Subhankar Ghosh & Dinankar Ghosh @ Papon be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-

(Rupees Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of.
