Datta Mr. Santanu Deb Roy ...for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 7th September, 2021, the petitioners appeared before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail on 13th September, 2021 and they have also complied with all the conditions as incorporated in the said order dated 7th September, 2021.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the petitioners' prayer and submits that the investigation is still continuing. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considered the materials on record.

It appears that pursuant to the order dated 7th September, 2021, the petitioners have surrendered and obtained regular bail, as such, the condition to the effect that 'they shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
