Petitioners approached this court since the private respondents were creating obstruction for construction of boundary wall.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted that the police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under section 107 of the Cr.P.C.

It is also submitted that the petitioner did not produce any document before the police authorities regarding permission being obtained from the Panchayat Authorities under the relevant provisions of law.

If the petitioners produce relevant documents in respect of construction of boundary wall granted by the Panchayat Authorities in that respect police

authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility in the subject property referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13673 of 2024 is disposed of.
