Case No.1226 of 2019 has not been executed.

Learned counsel for the State relies on a decision of a coordinate Bench dated 10th September, 2021 passed in CRR 1678 of 2021 whereby the said warrant was stayed for a period of four weeks enabling the accused persons in the said case to surrender before the court below and to obtain bail. Let a copy of the order be kept with the record.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
