Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on an order dated 2nd May, 2025 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 1406 of 2025 and submits that the petitioner's first application for anticipatory bail was rejected on merits.

Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail filed without any material change in circumstance is rejected as not maintainable.
