Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that misbehaviour as well as torture was being inflicted at the relevant point of time by the private respondent nos. 6 to 11. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there has been counselling session in the presence of the family members and both the parties were convinced to maintain peace and tranquility.

Having considered that the incident complained of was on or about April, 2024 and there has been change of circumstances since then, as is submitted by the learned advocate for the

petitioner as also report submitted on behalf of the State, I direct that there is no scope for interference at the present stage because of the change of circumstances. However, if the petitioner is faced with inconveniences, he will approach the concerned police station which would address the issue at the relevant point of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13674 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
