Petitioner has filed this writ petition making a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent Joint Commissioner of GST, Barasat Charge/respondent No.

for considering and disposing its representation dated 29th April, 2023 for refund of GST paid on the inputs material used for exports sales in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 12623 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
