This matter has come up in the list at the instance of FRIDAY Court : CB-07 Item : DL-01 Bench : SINGLE Matter : WPA Status : CORRECTION ID : 266057 AR : NANDY the petitioner for correction of the order dated 07.05.2025 wherein at paragraphs 4 and 24 the date of the Corrigendum has been wrongly written as '27.09.2022' instead of '29.07.2022' and the name of the learned Advocate who represented the petitioner, has been wrongly typed as 'Avirup Bhattacharya' instead of 'Avirup Chatterjee'.

2. Such mistakes being apparent and ministerial in nature, office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out.

3. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

4. This order shall be read conjointly with the judgment dated 07.05.2025.
