Since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, the proceeding being CGR no. 162 of 2023 arising out of Gariahat police station case no. 12 dated 15th January, 2023 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore is quashed.

The revisional application is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding and the order of the learned Mediator dated 7th May, 2024.

Consequently CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
