The victim suffered grievous hurt. The statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicates the petitioners.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
