Ghosh ......for the petitioner Mr. Surajit Auddv Ms. Swapnalekha Auddv .... for the SBI The prayer of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that after finalizing of his pension amount of 2016, the concerned Bank being respondent No. 4 is not giving the details of statement to the petitioner as per a Officer Memorandum dated 25.01.2018. Under the said Office Memorandum, the Banks are under an obligation to not only display the details of calculation of pension and the breakup of pension paid to the pensioners but also to provide a statement to the pensioners with certain details as mentioned in the Office Memorandum.

The Bank is represented.

WPA 12013 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction on the respondent No.

being the Manager/Nodal Officer of State Bank of India to furnish particulars to the petitioner as mandated under the

Office Memorandum dated 25.01.2018 within a period of three weeks as prayed for on behalf of the respondents.
