Mr. Manna, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for issuance of necessary direction upon the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the original application, being O. A. 3287 of 2023. Md. Gallib, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State.

A perusal of the order dated 4th December, 2023 passed by the learned Tribunal reveals that on the prayer of the learned advocate appearing for the original applicants/petitioners the matter was adjourned to 21st November, 2024 with a direction upon the petitioners to complete service.

High Court cannot issue directions for speedy disposal unless there is a justification or acceptable reason for issuing such direction. It appears that on the

prayer made by the applicants/petitioners the matter was adjourned.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
