It appears from the earlier order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2024 that the learned Counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner on that date drew attention of the Court that the matter in issue involved in this case was sub judice before the Division Bench of this Court and on the basis of submission by the learned Counsel the petitioner was directed to intimate this Court the reference of the case which there is a decision pending before the Division Bench on that issue. But no such information about the pendency of that case was submitted before the Court.

It appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2000 and as such it is reasonably presumed that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed further with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present case.

Accordingly, being C.O. 1921 of 2000 is hereby dismissed for default.

Consequently, the connected application being CAN 2 of 2021 filed in connection with the revisional application being C.O. 1921 of 2000 is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
