Petitioner is a de facto complainant and is anxious regarding the progress of Baruipur P. S. Case No. 714 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Record of this revisional application reveals that charge sheet has already been submitted on conclusion of investigation and the next date has been fixed by the learned trial court in the month of July, 2023.
In view of the anxiety expressed by the de facto complainant, learned trial court would after service of copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure take steps for consideration of
charges so that the case may progress and arrive at its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1941 of 2023 is disposed of. All Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
