The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of ACGR Case no. 2559 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. This Court is informed that the next date before the learned trial Court is fixed on 16th July, 2024 for consideration of charge.

In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned trial Court to dispose of the proceeding being ACGR Case no. 2559 of 2021 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law. Learned trial Court shall make all endeavours to consider framing of charge on the adjourned date. In the event it is not possible, charge shall be framed within one month from the said date. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
