1. The petitioner herein submits that he is the owner of the property in this case which is to be developed and the tenants are being shifted elsewhere/ rehabilitated. It is submitted that 12 of the tenants could not be rehabilitated because of their personal problems.

2. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation on 30/05/2025 before the appropriate authority but the said representation is not being considered and necessary directions for considering the same may be passed.

3. On hearing the parties WPA 12428 of 2025 is disposed of with the direction upon the respondent No.6 shall dispose of the said representation dated 30/05/2025 on hearing all the stakeholders and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within 60 days from the date of this order.

4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
