The petitioner is a de facto complainant who is aggrieved by the order of acquittal passed in S. T. Case No. 15 of 2022. The order under challenge is an appellable order and not a revisable order. The petitioner, as such expresses intention to withdraw the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1943 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned advocate for the petitioner would approach the Department and pray for return of the certified copy after replacing the same with the Photostat copy.
