1. Mr. Biswajit Maity, learned advocate representing the Union of India would submit that though he had appeared for Union of India on 19th June, 2025, his name is not recorded in the order.

2. I, however, notice that the writ petition has already been disposed of by an order dated 23rd June, 2025.

3. Having regard thereto, I am of the view that it is not necessary to correct the order dated 19th June, 2025 at this stage but the appearance of Mr. Maity is noted. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
