Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Petitioners are aggrieved by warrant of arrest so issued in connection with MDP AWPS PS Case No. 115 of 2023 dated 19.11.2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that as warrant of arrest has been issued against all the accused persons, they are apprehending arrest. In view of the submissions so advanced, I direct that in case the petitioners appear before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur and pray for bail, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur would consider their application for bail in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2003 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
