property.

The petitioners allege that the annual valuation of the property has been assessed behind his back without giving them any opportunity of hearing by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

The petitioner made a representation before the relevant Assessor Collector by a letter dated June 15, 2022.

It does not appear from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the annual valuation of the relevant property has been enhanced giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. .

In view of the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Assessor Collector, South Suburban Unit, Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider the representation dated June 15, 2022, as

appearing at page 83 of the writ petition within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, WPA 12027 of 2022 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
