Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner wanted to get access to meet her aged and ailing mother who is presently residing at the premises of the private respondent. The private respondents are unnecessarily preventing the petitioner from visiting her mother. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent denies the allegations and submits that the mother herself is present in Court today. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that another writ petition is pending regarding custody of the mother before a Co-ordinate Bench. In any event, the present petition is not about any police inaction.

Fortunately, the mother and the daughter/petitioner are both present in Court since morning. They have had enough opportunity to interact.

In any event, no case of police inaction is made out in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. Parties shall act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
