Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner tortured her wife who suffered unnatural death within two years of marriage. Investigation is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
