Mr. Roychowdhury, learned Advocate appearing for the LIC of India submits that when the matter was taken on 26.07.2017, this Court has directed that the petitioner nos. 2 to 11 to pay deficit court fees within a week, in default, the writ petition will be treated in respect of the petitioner no. 1 and accordingly the Court adjourned the matter directing exchange of affidavits within a period of four weeks. Till date no affidavit is filed. Now, when the matter is listed today, at the second call none appeared for the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the respondents is present. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with this matter since the matter is pending from 2017 onwards.

WPA NO. 13859 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
