The petitioner claims parity with another accused, namely, Feraul Haque who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS) 1147 of 2026.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly situated with another accused above-named.

Having considered the locus of the present petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on same terms and

conditions as was imposed on Feraul Haque in CRM(NDPS) 1147 of 2026.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1338 of 2026 is Allowed. 5.

Memo of evidence filed by the State be kept with the record. 6.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
