Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, the petitioner was involved in defalcation of money belonging to depositors in the Post Office. Petitioner was an employee of the Post Office. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1709 of 2024 is disposed of.
