Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 24th June, 2025 passed by the coordinate Bench of this court, the petitioner has been directed to furnish the bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia, whereas the trial is pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia. 2.

Learned counsel for the State states that he has no objection if the correction is made.

Let the petitioner furnish bond or Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia in terms of the order dated 24th June, 2025. The other conditions of the bail shall remain the same.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
