Mr. Kunal Ganguly, Mr. Tirupati Mukherjee ...for the petitioner Mr. Tarak Karan ...for the State Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the Nabadwip P.S. Case No.570 of 2022 dated 24th November, 2022 which was registered pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner was not effectively investigated by the police authorities. As such, the petitioner approached this Court.

State has submitted a report, report reflects that the investigation of the case has been concluded, one of the accused person was arrested. However, since there was no recovery the police authorities submitted a report in final form being Nabadwip P.S. FRT No.473/2024. Petitioner has already preferred a Narazi petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nabadwip the next date for which is fixed on 4th August, 2025.

Having considered that the petitioner has already taken steps before the learned Magistrate, I am of the view, at this stage, no interference of this Court is called for.

Accordingly WPA 12653 of 2023 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with record.

Copy of the reported be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
