Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on several earlier occasions considering the material on record.

There has been considerable progress in trial after the earlier rejection. Only 3 witnesses are left to be examined and the trial is on the verge of completion.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
