PP Ms, Faria Hossain ... for the State The petitioner has approached this Court so that the trial of Sessions Trial No.02(04) of 2007 and the trial being Juvenile Trial No.TR/56/2019 can be held by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Hooghly. A copy of the revisional application be served upon Ms. Faria Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Having regard to the stage of the proceedings under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, I am of the view that the prayer so advanced cannot be acceded to.

The Juvenile Board would proceed with the case in its own spirit with utmost efforts so that the trial of the CCL can be concluded within a specified period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1952 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
