In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Murshidabad shall consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 18th February 2021 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
