1. This revisional application has been pending since 2015.

2. Petitioner obtained an order of stay on 08.06.2015 of the proceeding pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Court, Alipurduar and on 19th February, 2016 petitioner again obtained an order of extension of that interim stay.

3. From then on petitioner did not take any steps.

4. Today none appears on behalf of the petitioner on call.

5. The instant revisional application stands dismissed for default.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
