Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities to trace out the identity of the actual culprits. Primarily, it reflects that there was dissatisfaction regarding the investigation of the case. Since the investigation of Maheshtala Police Station Case No.149 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024 is being carried out and necessary steps have been taken, petitioner presently expresses his satisfaction regarding the steps taken.

Having considered that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed in course of the investigation, further interference by this Court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 12609 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
