This is a writ petition of the year 2009 challenging the provisional assessment made under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Mr. Roy, learned Advocate appearing for the licensing company submits that in the meantime the final assessment has already been made and accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording such submission, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
