Dr. Sekhar Haldar @ Sekhar Halder 26.02 Due to inadvertent and typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 6th February, 2025 the name of the petitioner has wrongly been written as "Shekhar Satyanarayan Halder instead of Sri Sekhar Satyanarayan Haldar @ Shekhar Satyanarayan Halder @ Sekhar Halder" in CRR 2075 of 2023 and in CRR 1953 of 2023 the name of the opposite party has wrongly been written as "Shekhar Satyanarayan Halder instead of Dr.Sekhar Haldar @ Sekhar Halder.

Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 6th February, 2025 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

February, 2025, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
